Jonas Andexlinger is the Business Services Manager and is responsible for business processes as well as IT and is based in Mt Gambier. Jonas has a wide range of industry experiences in the field of production management, quality management, start-up and commissioning of industry equipment, scanning technology, writing software, optimisation and process improvements, in large corporations as well as smaller businesses. Originally from Switzerland, Jonas holds a degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl. Ing. FH) as a Timber Engineer from the University of Applied Sciences Berne, Switzerland. Jonas moved to Australia in 2007, he has joined the ITS team in 2018.

Jonas loves anything technology, but also loves to do wood working in his free time.

Thomas Creveau is Vietnam Business Manager and resposible for Thailand Sales and is based in Ho Chi Minh city. Born and educated in Paris, Thomas is a creative and multi-cultural business developer. Working in South East Asia for the last 12 years, he is an action taker with an extensive experience trading commodity in the region.

Gerret Springer is Managing Director and founder of the company and is based in Mt Gambier. Gerret has experience in a wide range of managerial roles in small and large businesses including green field start-up as technical manager, project manager, production manager, site manager with multiple sites and international sales and marketing manager. He has business experience in the timber and prefabricated housing industry in Europe, North America and Australasia. Gerret holds a masters degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl-Ing) in Wood and Fibre Engineering from the Technical University Dresden, Germany and published his post graduate work undertaken at the University of New Brunswick, Canada. Gerret is a Graduate of the International Programme of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Alissa Hosking is responsible for Export Documentation and is based in Mt Gambier. Alissa had various roles at Weyerhaeuser Australia before joining International Timber Solutions in 2008.
